Location
Casa Blanca's central location is one of its greatest features. Situated midway between Quepos and the main beach (Playa Espadilla) & national park, it's less than a 10 minute drive either way. For those without a vehicle, the bus stop is less than 200m away, costs $1 and busses pass by every 15 minutes during the day. Also 200m away are two supermarkets, and within a few minutes' stroll are several of the area's best (and least expensive) eateries. Save a bundle by not renting a car or having to call taxis!
Amenities
A gated & coded entrance provides security and ease of access. There is plenty of parking, including space under roof. The property boasts of an excellent wifi system, with high-powered repeaters throughout, to ensure good connectivity. There is a gorgeous shared pool and jacuzzi, finished in white coral, with a covered rancho and sunning loungers. Each apartment also has a smart TV, full kitchen and AC.
Ease
Whether you're living here full time or just enjoying a short vacation, our aim is to make life easy for you! A caretaker lives in a small apartment on the property and provides additional security and maintenance, while his wife does the housekeeping. A professional management company is there to respond whenever needed, and we have a concierge who can assist with anything you need.
